The Buddha's Wisdom

One who removes not the impurities of the mind and assumes a saffron robe, Such a one, who has no restrain and truth, has no right to don a saffron robe. One who has removed the impurities of the mind, and rests on morality, And is equipped with restraint and truth, such a one has the right to don a saffron robe.
